We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Team Lead to coordinate and strengthen our global Lifecycle function, ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality build, deployment, and asset lifecycle services across every Techary location.This role sits at the centre of our device lifecycle operation, spanning Orpington (UK), New Jersey (US), Amsterdam, and our upcoming Singapore office. You will be the day-to-day driving force behind consistent delivery, keeping builds on track, the team supported, and standards high across every site.Duties & Responsibilities Global build delivery & SLA ownershipCoordinate day-to-day Lifecycle build activity across Orpington, New Jersey, Amsterdam, and Singapore, keeping work on track against SLA. Support the streamlining of build processes for managed services and lifecycle customers, identifying and helping implement practical improvements. Act as the first point of escalation for build issues, unblocking the team and looping in your manager when needed.Team leadership & developmentLine manage 2 current direct reports, providing regular coaching, day-to-day guidance, and performance support. Help identify training needs and support the team in achieving relevant hardware fixing accreditations. Coordinate resourcing and workload across sites, flagging capacity or skills gaps to line manager. Reporting, dashboards & customer visibilityEnsure Lifecycle dashboards and reports are kept live, accurate, and visible for all customers. Provide regular SLA and performance updates to your line managerReverse logistics & warehouse operationsEnsure the team completes reverse logistics triage requests within 10 working days of arrival at a Techary warehouse. Monitor warehouse throughput and flag bottlenecks or recurring issues. Automation & continuous improvementReview and document all current customer build processes and time taken to look where they can be streamlined. Feed process improvement ideas up to your manager and support testing of new tools. Creation of a build server to automate manual customer builds Asset managementSupport the team in maintaining accurate asset records, contributing to the wider adoption of asset management within the Lifecycle function. Ensure user, hardware and warranty information is captured Build reports for upcoming warranty expirations for customers for a proactive refresh approach Essential SkillsTechnical & operational experienceStrong background in device build, deployment, and lifecycle management (Windows and macOS), ideally within an MSP or similarly fast-paced, multi-client environment. Working knowledge of Asset Management Platforms, ITSM/ticketing tools, and remote deployment tooling (e.g. Intune, Autopilot, JAMF). Desired but not essential knowledge on e-waste/compliance processes. Comfortable working with dashboards and reporting tools, with an eye for accuracy and consistency. Leadership & people skillsExperience supervising, coaching, or mentoring junior technical staff. Comfortable coordinating work across remote or international colleagues. Clear, confident communicator, equally comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences. ApproachHands-on and organised, with a genuine interest in making processes run more smoothly for the team and for customers. Exposure to, or strong interest in, automation and process improvement within an IT operations context.
