The organization values reliability, vigilance, and customer-focused service.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lifeguard role based in Dubai. The Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring pools or designated water areas, maintaining constant vigilance, and enforcing safety rules to prevent accidents. Daily tasks include supervising swimmers, identifying and responding quickly to signs of distress, performing rescues, and administering first aid or CPR when required. The role also involves inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, keeping pool areas clean and orderly, and reporting hazards or incidents to supervisors. The Lifeguard will interact with guests in a professional manner, provide safety instructions, and coordinate with security and cleaning teams to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.Qualifications Strong swimming ability and water safety skills, including the capacity to perform rescues in various conditions.Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized authority, with up-to-date first aid and CPR certifications.Attention to detail, situational awareness, and the ability to remain alert for extended periods.Clear and calm communication skills to enforce rules, provide safety guidance, and interact with guests and colleagues.Physical fitness and stamina suitable for standing, patrolling pool areas, and managing emergency situations.Ability to follow established safety protocols, work within a team, and coordinate with security and cleaning staff.Experience in pool, beach, or waterpark lifeguarding is preferred; prior work in security or hospitality is an advantage.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
