You will play an important role in the community by ensuring our residents stay safe while having fun in the sun!What You’ll AccomplishLearning the emergency action plan and how to employ itPerforming lifesaving duties when needed Keeping the facilities clean and organizedCommunicating pool rules effectively and politelyAssisting with opening and closing procedures as neededParticipating in scheduled aquatics meetingsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong swimming skills with the ability to pass a swim testEnergy, a great attitude and strong work ethicExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduledMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment.
