The OpportunityWe are supporting a private international client in finding an experienced Lifestyle Manager based in Bulgaria.We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, resourceful and comfortable taking full ownership of a wide variety of personal and lifestyle-related matters. You'll be trusted to find the right solutions, coordinate people and services, and make sure things simply get done.This could be a great next step for someone coming from luxury concierge, private client services, family office, premium travel, high-end hospitality or senior personal support.What You'll Be Responsible ForOrganising international travel and other personal arrangementsCoordinating external providers and premium services in Bulgaria and abroadManaging schedules, appointments, bookings and day-to-day personal mattersOrganising events, experiences and special requestsTaking ownership of unexpected situations and finding solutions quickly and discreetlyWho We're Looking For4+ years of experience in lifestyle management, private client services, personal assistance, luxury concierge, premium hospitality or a related environmentExperience working with private clients, business owners, senior executives or VIP guestsFluent Bulgarian and EnglishExcellent organisation, discretion and judgment, combined with a highly proactive approachComfortable working independently, handling changing priorities and occasionally travelling when requiredThis is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship based on trust, autonomy and genuine ownership.
