Lift Technicians (Testing and Inspection)

Responsibilities

Conduct daily lift inspections and testing, including checking and certifying parts replaced by lift companies. Conduct annual and 5-year load tests for lifts. Attend to lift-related complaints and follow up on issues. Report and highlight incidents to contractors and follow up closely with them to resolve issues. Prepare and furnish inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner. Follow up on emails and carry out other related administrative work. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

QualificationsMinimum NITEC in Building, Engineering, or a related field. ExperienceRelevant work experience will be an advantage. Entry-level candidates who are keen to explore a hands-on and meaningful career are welcome to apply. Specific Skills/KnowledgeComfortable with administrative work and able to use email and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Able to carry and move heavy weights required for lift load testing. Motorcycle licence and personal vehicle are preferred, as the role requires travelling between multiple sites. Working ConditionsWilling to work a 5.5-day work week, including alternate Saturdays. Comfortable with travelling to different work sites.
