Lifting Equipment Inspector

Key ResponsibilitiesInspect cranes, hoists, slings, shackles, forklifts, man-riding equipment and offshore containers.Conduct thorough examinations.Witness load tests.Perform NDT where qualified.RFID-tag equipment and digitally capture inspection data.Issue reports and certificates.Identify and quarantine unsafe equipment.Support rental-supplier and lifting-operation audits.Maintain equipment calibration/certification records.RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.5+ years lifting-equipment inspection experience.Onshore and offshore experience.LEEA Foundation and Advanced/Diploma modules or equivalent.ISO/IEC 17020 inspection-body experience advantageous.Offshore survival training and UAE driving licence, or willingness to obtain them.
