The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing lifting operations training in accordance with ADNOC, LEEA, and other relevant standards, ensuring participants meet required competency levels. The Lifting Trainer Assessor will conduct theory and practical sessions on lifting equipment, accessories, rigging practices, and safe lifting operations, including risk assessment, inspection, and compliance with HSE regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, maintaining accurate training and assessment records, conducting evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of course content. The role also requires close coordination with training coordinators, client representatives, and internal quality assurance teams to ensure training programs align with accreditation requirements and client expectations.Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of lifting equipment, accessories, rigging practices, and safe lifting operations, with practical experience in the lifting or heavy industry sector.Proven experience in delivering vocational or technical training, including lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and hands-on practical instruction.Competence in assessment and evaluation methods, including conducting practical assessments, written tests, and documenting learner performance in line with accredited standards.Solid understanding of HSE principles, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance related to lifting operations, preferably within ADNOC or similar oil and gas environments.Relevant professional certifications such as LEEA qualifications, ADNOC-approved lifting trainer/assessor status, or equivalent lifting and safety credentials.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train diverse groups of participants and provide clear,
