Light Vehicle Driver and Household / Office Support

This role does not include visa sponsorship.About the roleAce Ventures is a Dubai-based company looking for a reliable, energetic driver who can do far more than drive. The role covers both business and personal needs: on the road, at the residence, and in the office. You will be the person who keeps the day running. No two days are the same, and you will work closely with a small household and business team.What you will doDrivingPick up and drop off the principal, family members and visiting guests across Dubai, including airport runsKeep the vehicle clean, fuelled, serviced and compliant (Salik, registration, insurance renewals)Plan routes and timing so people arrive on time, every timeErrands and household supportGrocery shopping and household purchasesCollections and deliveries: parcels, documents, pharmacy, dry cleaning, returnsCoordinate with maintenance, cleaners, couriers and suppliers at the residenceHelp at home when needed: receiving deliveries, moving items, setting up for guestsDog care supportDaily walks with the household dogs (four small dogs)Assist the housemaid with feeding, grooming, clean-up and general care of the dogsDrive the dogs to vet, grooming and boarding appointments and transport them safely when they travelAdministration and office supportSubmit and collect documents at government offices, banks, typing centres, embassies and visa centresScanning, filing, basic data entry and keeping records tidyCoordinate deliveries and storage for company inventory and equipmentSupport the executive assistant and the wider team with day-to-day adminWhat we are looking forMinimum 3 years of driving experience in Dubai with a valid UAE light vehicle licence and a clean recordFluent English, spoken and written. You will send clear WhatsApp and email updates dailyPrior experience in administration or office support, and comfortable working as part of a teamPhysically active and able to handle a full day on your feet: lifting groceries and luggage, walking dogs, moving boxesHonest, punctual and trustworthy.
