Lighting & Furniture Salesman

Spaces & Concepts is a multi-division design and contracting firm operating across architectural and decorative lighting, Italian furniture, carpets, wallpaper, fragrance diffusers, facade lighting, and smart/low-voltage solutions. We serve consultants, contractors, developers, and government tenders across Kuwait.We are hiring a Showroom Salesman to represent our lighting and furniture collections and drive walk-in and client-facing sales.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist showroom visitors, understanding their design and product needsPresent lighting and furniture collections with product knowledge that builds client confidenceConvert showroom visits into quotations and closed salesMaintain showroom presentation standards — displays, cleanliness, product arrangementFollow up on leads and quotations to close dealsCoordinate with the design and operations team on custom orders and delivery timelinesBuild and maintain relationships with returning and referred clientsStay current on new product arrivals, collections, and pricingRequirementsPrior sales experience in lighting, furniture, home décor, or a related showroom/retail environmentStrong communication skills in English & ArabicPresentable, client-facing mannerComfortable with quotations, basic product specification, and CRM/order trackingBased in Kuwait or eligible to work in KuwaitWhat we offerCompetitive salary + sales commission structureExposure to premium Italian and international lighting/furniture brands
