Applicants will join a team of lighting experts committed to personalized service, guiding clients from concept through installation to deliver lighting solutions that exceed expectations.Role Description The Lighting Designer at AMRILUX GLOBAL will be responsible for developing innovative lighting concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and architectural projects. This full-time, on-site role, based in Chandigarh, includes collaborating with architects, interior designers, and project managers to integrate lighting solutions that meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements. Daily tasks involve creating lighting plans, selecting fixtures and controls, preparing specifications, and generating visual presentations and renderings. The Lighting Designer will also conduct site visits, coordinate with installation teams, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and support clients with design adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Lighting Design and Lighting, with the ability to create effective, visually appealing lighting plans.Experience in Architectural Lighting and Interior Design, integrating lighting concepts seamlessly into built environments.Knowledge of Lighting Control systems, including selection, configuration, and basic programming for various project types.Proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, SketchUp, or similar software).Strong understanding of lighting standards, ergonomics, energy efficiency, and sustainable design principles.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Relevant experience in lighting design or a closely related discipline; portfolio showcasing completed projects is highly beneficial.
