The organization focuses on energy efficiency, visual comfort, durability, and long-term value, making it a strong environment for professionals interested in modern lighting technologies.Role Description The Lighting Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees lighting projects from initial concept through to completion, coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project scopes, scheduling and tracking deliverables, managing procurement and expediting activities, and overseeing logistics to ensure materials arrive on time and in line with project requirements. The Lighting Project Manager conducts inspections of delivered products and installed systems, verifies compliance with design specifications and standards, and addresses technical or coordination issues that arise on projects. The role also involves preparing project documentation, status reports, and risk assessments, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, energy efficiency, and client satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage order follow-up, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of materials.Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify product quality, installation standards, and adherence to technical specifications.Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee transportation, warehousing, and delivery of lighting products to project sites.Relevant experience in lighting, construction, MEP, or building services projects is highly beneficial.Strong technical understanding of LED lighting systems and ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical data sheets.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
