Sales Manager – Lighting Solutions - Entertainment & Theme Park | DubaiWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Entertainment & Theme Park to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base within the entertainment, attractions, and leisure sectors.This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in B2B sales, business development, entertainment solutions, theme parks, attractions, hospitality, AV, lighting, or related industries.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.• Identify and onboard new customers, partners, and market opportunities.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity development through negotiation and deal closure.• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful projects.Requirements:• 5+ years of proven B2B sales/business development experience.• Experience within entertainment, theme parks, attractions, leisure, hospitality, AV, lighting, events, or related industries preferred.• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.• UAE market experience is highly desirable.Preferred Backgrounds:AV Solutions | Professional Lighting | Entertainment Technology | Theme Parks | Attractions | Live Events | Hospitality | Leisure | Visitor Experiences
