Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, timely, and professional transportation services to passengersOperate company-assigned vehicles in compliance with RTA regulations and company policiesAccept and complete trips through approved ride-hailing platforms (e.g., Uber, Yango, Bolt, etc.)Maintain high customer service standards and ensure a positive passenger experienceFollow assigned routes efficiently using GPS navigation systemsEnsure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness at all timesReport vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately to operations managementComply with platform guidelines, traffic laws, and company operational proceduresMaintain accurate trip records and follow daily deployment schedulesRequirements & QualificationsValid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle – minimum required category)Valid RTA Driver Permit for ride-hailing (or eligibility to obtain one)Minimum secondary education preferredGood knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation systemsBasic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)Customer-focused attitude with professional conductAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPhysically fit and medically cleared to drivePreferred SkillsPrevious experience as a ride-hailing, taxi, limousine, or delivery driverFamiliarity with ride-hailing mobile applicationsStrong time management and route planning skillsCalm and professional approach when handling customersWhat We OfferCompetitive earning opportunitiesStable employment with an established transport companyCompany vehicle (terms and conditions apply)Operational support and structured deploymentGrowth opportunities within fleet and operationsCompliance NoticeEmployment is subject to meeting RTA, company, and MOHRE requirements, including background checks, medical fitness, and completion of mandatory training and certifications.Work Location: On the roadSalary AED:1,800 + Commission & Benefits
