Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and empower the CNS sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectivesDrive effective execution of brand strategies and ensure field force excellence across assigned territoriesBuild and strengthen strategic relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other key healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness and expand market presenceMonitor sales performance, analyze market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities to maximize business resultsDevelop and implement territory and sales action plans aligned with brand objectives and market needsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical, to ensure effective strategy execution and sustainable business growthEnsure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable ethical standardsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including experience in managerial rolesStrong background in Specialty Care, with proven CNS (Central Nervous System) experience requiredDemonstrated ability to influence treatment decisions, drive business growth, and achieve sales targetsStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a high degree of adaptability and agility
