This role includes managing and administering Linux and Unix operating systems, ensuring stability, security, and performance across servers and platforms. The specialist will handle day-to-day system monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting of infrastructure components and services. Responsibilities also include implementing configuration changes, performing system upgrades and patching, documenting technical procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support projects and improve the IT environment. The role involves working within established standards and best practices while contributing to continuous improvement in system reliability and operational efficiency.We are looking for an experienced Linux Specialist to join our technical team for a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.Implement security best practices, patch management, and system hardening.Automate routine tasks using shell scripting (Bash, Python).Manage virtualization platforms and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements

Experience: 10 Years

Location: Must currently be located in Riyadh or inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).Language: Arabic speakers are required.Transferable Iqama is required.
