Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring property listings, building strong relationships with property owners, and managing the listing process from initial contact to successful marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and secure new property listings from property owners and landlords.Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.Conduct property evaluations and gather accurate property information.Prepare and maintain updated property details, photos, and documentation.Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to promote listed properties.Ensure property listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date.Follow up regularly with property owners and provide market updates.Negotiate listing terms and agreements with property owners.Maintain accurate records of listings and client information.Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi real estate market and current property trends.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.Previous experience in property listing, leasing, or real estate sales is preferred.Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
