Listing Coordinator / Listing Agent – Abu DhabiJob Title: Listing Coordinator / Listing AgentLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: Real EstateAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Listing Coordinator / Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong property listing experience, excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, and established experience working with properties in Saadiyat Island and Yas Island.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate property listings from onboarding to publication.Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords.Source new residential and commercial property listings.Handle listing documentation, property details, pricing, and availability.Ensure all property information is accurate and up to date across CRM and property portals.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of listings.Conduct regular follow-ups with owners and maintain a strong property database.Ensure all listings comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company standards.Manage and process Madhmoun permits and ensure listings are published in compliance with regulations.Maintain a strong network of landlords and property owners, particularly in Saadiyat Island and Yas Island.RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate listing experience.Mandatory experience handling property listings in Saadiyat Island and Yas Island.Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with Madhmoun permits.Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and property portals.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong owner/landlord database and relationship-building skills.Good knowledge of CRM systems and property listing platforms.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.Abu Dhabi real estate experience is strongly preferred.Immediate joiners will be preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary + commission/incentivesSupportive and professional work environmentMarketing and CRM supportOpportunity to work with premium properties across Abu DhabiCareer growth opportunities
