Listing Executive

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing property listings from start to finish, ensuring every property is accurately presented, compliant with regulations, and marketed to the highest standard.You'll work closely with brokers, marketing, and operations to ensure listings go live quickly, remain up to date, and generate maximum exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, upload, and manage property listings across major real estate portals.Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for maximum visibility.Coordinate with brokers to gather property information, photography, floor plans, and required documentation.Maintain and update listings, removing sold or rented properties promptly.Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements where needed.Ensure all property descriptions are professional, engaging, and error-free.Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth listing approvals and marketing launches.Keep records organized and maintain accurate property databases.Stay informed on market trends and portal best practices.RequirementsPrevious experience in a real estate listing, administration, or operations role is preferred.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Experience using Dubai property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut is an advantage.A positive attitude with a strong team-player mentality.Why Join Stay Group?At Stay Group, we believe every team member contributes to our success.
