Listing Officer (Arabic Speaker)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings across major real estate portals, ensuring listing accuracy, coordinating with property consultants, and maintaining up-to-date property information.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, upload, and manage property listings on major real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and comply with portal guidelines.Coordinate with Property Consultants to collect property details, images, and required documentation.Verify listing availability and update property status regularly.Edit property descriptions to maximize listing quality and visibility.Monitor listing performance and ensure premium listings are maintained.Remove expired, sold, or rented properties promptly.Maintain an organized database of property inventory and listing records.Liaise with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely property promotions.Ensure compliance with company policies and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.RequirementsMust be an Arabic Speaker.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Listing Officer or in a similar real estate administrative role within Abu Dhabi Market.Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.Excellent organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.What We OfferCompetitive Salary + commissionEmployment VisaMedical InsuranceProfessional and collaborative work environmentCareer growth opportunities within a leading real estate companyLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAETo Apply: Please send your CV to m.aboellil@banke.ae with the subject line:
