Founded in 2025 by Abdallah Yazbek, the firm is built on rigorous market intelligence, privacy, and uncompromising quality in both assets and client service.Role Description The Listing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for managing and optimizing property listings across internal systems and external platforms. This role includes gathering and verifying property information, coordinating with advisors and developers, and preparing high-quality listing materials such as descriptions, photos, and key investment highlights. The Listing Specialist maintains listing accuracy, ensures compliance with brand and regulatory standards, and updates status changes promptly to support sales and advisory teams. The position also involves monitoring listing performance analytics, suggesting improvements for visibility and engagement, and providing responsive support to internal stakeholders and external partners.QualificationsStrong skills in property listing creation, data entry accuracy, and content organization for luxury real estate portfolios.Experience with real estate CRMs, listing portals, and basic analytics tools to track and improve listing performance.Ability to write clear, compelling property descriptions and investment highlights tailored to high-net-worth clients.Solid coordination skills for working with advisors, photographers, and developers to gather complete and accurate property information.Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.Effective communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in real estate, luxury products, or investment advisory environments is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi with a proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
