Lithium-ion Battery technician

About VOLTREX POWERVOLTREX POWER is a growing battery and energy solutions company working across electric mobility and other energy applications. We are expanding our operations in Rupnagar (Ropar), Punjab, and are looking for experienced Lithium-Ion Battery Technicians to join our on-site team.Position: Lithium-Ion Battery TechnicianWe are hiring technicians with practical experience in lithium-ion battery assembly, manufacturing, servicing, diagnosis, and repair.Key Responsibilities• Assemble lithium-ion battery packs according to required specifications.• Perform cell matching, arrangement, and spot welding.• Install and work with BMS systems.• Perform battery testing, inspection, and quality checks.• Diagnose battery-related issues involving cells, BMS, wiring, and connections.• Carry out battery servicing and repair work.• Maintain production, service, and battery records.• Follow proper battery handling, safety, and quality procedures.• Coordinate with the Voltrex Power team regarding technical and warranty-related matters.Requirements• Hands-on experience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, assembly, or servicing.• Practical knowledge of BMS, cell matching, spot welding, wiring, and battery testing.• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot battery-related issues.• Good understanding of lithium battery safety and handling.• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.• EV battery experience will be preferred.What We Offer• Salary based on experience and interview performance.• Full-time, on-site opportunity.• Long-term growth opportunity with a growing EV and battery company.• Opportunity to work with lithium-ion battery technology.• Learning and skill-development opportunities.Location: Rupnagar (Ropar), PunjabHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or send their CV to:📧 voltrexpower@outlook.com📞 +91 76965 69908Please mention “Lithium-Ion Battery Technician” when applying.Important: This is an on-site role at our battery manufacturing and service centre.
