Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this position. Must be a team player genuinely interested in working in a supportive, collaborative environment.The candidate should have experience in litigation matters, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, conducting legal research, appearing in court, assisting with depositions, and supporting hearings and trials.What You Will Need to HaveJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in New YorkState and federal court litigation experience2-3+ years of experience in litigationMust be detail and deadline orientedDemonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective mannerStrong oral and written advocacy skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsADR and administrative tribunal experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookA writing sample will be requested before any interview.Salary is commensurate with experience.Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000Benefits: Medical, dental, and 401(k)This position is based in our White Plains office.
