Litigation Associate

We are urgently looking to hire Litigation Lawyers across all levels with experience in Intellectual Property Laws, particularly in trademark, copyright, patent, and commercial IP disputes.The role would involve drafting, appearances before courts/forums, legal research, strategy, and handling contentious IP matters.Interested candidates may kindly share their profiles at Kamakshi@anandandanand.comExperience Required: 2-8 yearsJob Location: NoidaKey Responsibilities:Handling and managing Intellectual Property (IP) litigation matters including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designsDrafting pleadings, notices, legal opinions, written submissions, and other litigation-related documentsAppearing before courts, tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial authoritiesManaging litigation matters independently from initiation till closureAdvising clients on IP enforcement, infringement, dispute resolution, and litigation strategyCoordinating with clients, external counsels, and internal teams for effective case managementConducting legal research and analysis on IP-related mattersEnsuring timely updates, compliance, and documentation in all assigned mattersDesired Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience and knowledge of IP laws and litigation procedures.Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.Strong communication and client management abilities.Ability to handle multiple matters independently and efficiently.Prior experience in handling complex IP litigation matters will be preferred.Candidates from premier law institutions such as National Law School of India University, NALSAR University of Law, The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, National Law University, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and other reputed law colleges/institutions will be preferred.
