Team members benefit from working in a regional practice that offers exposure to diverse matters within the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area and surrounding communities.Role Description The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including case assessment, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and preparing cases for hearings and trial. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing case files, communicating with clients, opposing counsel and courts, and participating in depositions and other litigation-related proceedings. The role involves collaborating with partners and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure timely, accurate work product. This is a full-time, on-site role, with regular in-person work required at firm offices and local courts. Applicants will be required to be in person in both Norman and Pauls Valley offices, depending on specific responsibilities.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license (or eligibility for admission) to practice law in Oklahoma.Strong written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.Commitment to ethical practice, client service, and collaborative work within a small-firm environment.
