Litigation Lawyer - URGENT - Secondment in KSA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Lawyer for an urgent secondment opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation in complex litigation matters within a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy skills, deep knowledge of regional laws, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in civil and commercial litigation cases. - Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and contracts relevant to ongoing disputes. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to develop effective litigation strategies. - Stay updated on Saudi Arabian legal regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and procedures. - Represent the company in court proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolution forums. - Conduct legal research pertinent to case preparation and risk mitigation. - Advise on potential legal risks and suggest proactive measures to mitigate them. - Coordinate with team members during the secondment period to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuity. - Qualified lawyer with admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s). - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to Saudi Arabian or Middle Eastern legal systems. - Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate litigation procedures. - Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and adapt to new legal environments quickly. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues under tight deadlines. - Willingness to relocate temporarily to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the duration of the secondment.
