The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong litigation, discovery, and case management experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys through all phases of litigationDraft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondenceManage federal and state court filings and litigation calendarsTrack deadlines and maintain case files and matter summariesCoordinate discovery, document production, and exhibit managementPrepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trialsAssist with technical, proprietary, and business dispute mattersMaintain document management systems and support client communicationsQualifications4+ years of litigation support experienceExperience with court filings, discovery, and case managementStrong organizational, communication, and proofreading skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platformsExperience with complex commercial, technical, or intellectual property matters preferredTrial support and e-discovery experience a plusIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented and highly organizedAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExercises sound judgment and discretionWorks effectively both independently and collaborativelyWork EnvironmentHybrid work arrangementCollaborative legal team environmentAdditional hours may be required during major case deadlines and trial preparation periodsAnticipated salary range: $90K to $100KEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
