Behind every successful attorney is a powerhouse Legal Secretary, and we’re looking for one to join our litigation team.If you’re sharp, organized, and passionate about helping people, you might be the legal MVP we’re looking for.What You’ll Do:Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documentsManage complex attorney calendars and coordinate court dates, meetings, and deadlinesOrganize and maintain client files—physical and digital—with obsessive attention to detailConduct legal research and assist with case prep, discovery, and trial supportServe as the point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counselHandle correspondence, schedule management, and administrative tasksAssist with exhibit prep and trial notebooks for court appearancesE-file with precision—you’re proficient in M-filingType quickly and accurately (65+ wpm preferred)Work as part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering resultsWhat You Bring:3+ years of experience in litigation support or legal secretary rolesKnowledge of Michigan No-Fault law and/or Personal Injury Experience preferredFamiliarity with legal terminology and civil litigation proceduresExcellent organization, time management, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to juggle deadlines without dropping the ballProfessionalism, confidentiality, and a client-first mindsetWhy Join Mike Morse Law Firm?Because you’ll be working at the center of the action.
