Apply & track with Apply EdgeTo manage and represent the company in all legal cases, disputes, litigations, investigations, and corporate claims by providing efficient legal support, interfacing with governmental bodies, and coordinating with external lawyers and law firms. The position will act as a key point of contact while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures, KPIs, and approved budgets.Required Nationality: SaudiKey Accountabilities & Responsibilities:1. Legal ConsultationsProvide legal reviews and consultations on matters that may result in complaints or lawsuits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.Provide effective legal advice to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks.Coordinate with relevant departments to identify the root causes of current and previous legal cases and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.2. InvestigationsManage and supervise internal investigations related to malpractice, misconduct, and breaches of internal policies and procedures.Provide recommendations regarding appropriate disciplinary actions in cases of misconduct or policy violations.Manage and supervise observations and matters raised by anti-corruption and governmental authorities, including Nazaha and the General Court of Audit.Lead and participate in committees as assigned by management and provide legal support on relevant matters.3. LitigationSupervise and review legal cases handled by external law firms to ensure all legal requirements are properly addressed and that cases comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.Defend and protect the company's interests in disputes and litigation before applicable courts and seek appropriate resolutions to minimize legal, financial, and reputational risks.Represent the company before courts and legal committees in relation to corporate claims and provide the required documentation and legal memorandums.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and collect relevant information for ongoing lawsuits before general and specialized courts.Review grievances and complaints related to lawsuits against the company or its subsidiaries and recommend appropriate resolutions.Manage legal claims, attorney letters, and litigation processes, including preparing reports and recommendations.Review claims and litigation information to ensure their validity and appropriate settlement in accordance with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with external law firms and attorneys regarding legal cases within the Kingdom to protect the company's interests.Receive and follow up on judicial notifications, attend court sessions as required, and prepare reports on proceedings.Follow up on the implementation of judicial rulings and decisions.Draft and prepare legal responses and provide all relevant documentation required for legal proceedings.4. Contracts & Legal DocumentsDevelop standard legal templates and processes and update them in accordance with changes in laws and regulations.Draft and review various types of legal documents in Arabic.5. Policies, Processes & ProceduresSupport the monitoring of day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of legal systems and processes, considering best practices, changes in the business environment, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.6.
