In addition, Jet Commerce offers a variety of other services through its various business units, including Omnichannel System, Live Commerce, Warehousing and Fulfillment Service.Jet Commerce currently operates in six Asia countries: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, and many more to come.Position: Live CommerceWhat will you do:Manage and organize hosts schedules for live streaming sessions and content production.Provide onboarding and basic training on live streaming terms & conditions (T&C) and best practices.Deliver product knowledge training to ensure hosts understand and present products effectively.OBS & Advertising Setup to Support Live Streaming Performance Research, compile, and summarize product knowledge for newly launched items.Monitor live streaming sessions and track host performance and development.Analyze performance metrics and calculate host achievements against targets.Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive working environment among hosts.Ensure punctuality, discipline, and professional work ethics are consistently maintained.Prepare monthly performance reports, including achievement tracking and incentive/bonus calculations.Support creator events execution and act as a speaker or facilitator when required.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hosts.Take initiative development program for Live Stream Host and teamWhat you will need:Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management or a related field.Strong communication, project management, and coordination skills.Ability to analyze performance data and calculate hosts’ achievements accurately.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.Experience or knowledge in live streaming, content creation, or talent management.Good understanding of product knowledge and ability to deliver training.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple talents.Able to multitask and handle multiple hosts effectively in a fast-paced environment.Confident public speaking skills, especially for training and events.Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.Good leadership and good delegator
