Showcores Project Managers ensure that clients receive outstanding customer service through the design, development, and onsite execution of their live events. Having the ability to understand how to lead and interpret the client’s vision while supporting their event goals is critical. You will be responsible for keeping the project on time and on budget while designing creative, impactful event outcomes. You must be confident in your abilities to communicate with clients, lead meetings, pitch event concepts, and problem solve in a dynamic production and creative environment. You will be part of a team providing technical and creative production solutions for multiple projects with multiple clients.Does this sound like you? Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of client projectsDevelop, design, and lead project developmentSupport client facing pitches and sales team objectives for new and existing businessUtilize various design and creative tools to implement design objectivesEnsure all client details have been addressed throughout the projectProvide creative direction, execution, and design solutions for large-scale eventsProvide onsite technical execution of client eventsOperate as an onsite client facing lead, often calling your own shows, or supporting the production in a technical operator roleEnsure project documents are complete, current, and filed appropriatelyManage multiple projects at one timeManage to budgets and profitability standardsTravel (sometimes for extended periods of time)Manage and build ongoing relationships with existing and new clientsWork alongside some of the best live event professionals in the industryUnderstand and cater to different personality types and client objectivesAnticipate client needs before they ariseMaintain quality standards under pressureSalary: Dependent on Experience
