We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional Live-In Home Chef to join a private household. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of international cuisines while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality daily meals across a variety of international cuisines.Prepare meals according to specific dietary requirements, including gluten-free and calorie-controlled diets.Plan balanced menus based on household preferences and dietary needs.Manage grocery shopping, including selecting fresh and high-quality ingredients.Monitor and organize food storage, stock levels, and expiry dates to minimize waste.Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times.Ensure proper food preparation, handling, storage, and kitchen sanitation.Coordinate meal preparation and serving according to the household’s daily schedule.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Private Chef, Home Chef, or similar position.Strong knowledge of international cuisines and different cooking techniques.Experience preparing special dietary and calorie-controlled meals.Valid food hygiene/food safety certification.Excellent personal hygiene and kitchen cleaning standards.Good knowledge of food storage, stock management, and grocery purchasing.Reliable, organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently.Comfortable working in a live-in position.BenefitsPrivate single-occupancy accommodation provided.Health insurance provided.One day off per week.Long-term opportunity with potential for professional and financial growth.Salary: 2000 AEDPosition Type: Full-Time, Live-In
