Job Details:Days & Hours Required: Monday to Friday, approximately 6.30am-9am and 3pm-8pm. There will be a substantial break during the middle of the day. The family is happy to be flexible for the right person and appreciates flexibility in return.Start Date: Late August / Early September 2026Location: Imperial Wharf, SW6Ages of Children: Four children - 8-year-old twins (one boy and one girl) and 6-year-old twin girls.Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.Accommodation: En-suite bedroomDriver: Essential (family car provided).Overview:A warm and welcoming family based in Imperial Wharf is looking for an experienced Live-In Family Assistant to support their busy household with four wonderful children.This is a collaborative role focused on helping the family with the logistics of daily life rather than providing sole-charge childcare. Mum is very hands-on and involved with the children, while father lives abroad. The family is looking for someone reliable, proactive and organised who enjoys working alongside an involved parent and can become a valued long-term member of the household.The children attend three different schools across Chelsea and Hammersmith, making organisation and good time management essential. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating calm, structure and routine in a busy family home.Duties:Assisting with the morning routine and breakfast, school drop-offs and collections, driving the children to and from school and activities, coordinating after-school schedules, supporting homework and children’s routines, assisting with bath and bedtime when required, preparing healthy family meals on occasion, running occasional errands, and helping manage the day-to-day logistics of a busy family.The role also includes light housekeeping to help keep the home running smoothly, including children’s laundry, organising school uniforms and bags, tidying children’s bedrooms and play areas, and generally ensuring everything is prepared for the following day.The family generally requires very little support during the school holidays and is happy to agree a flexible schedule during these periods that works well for both sides.Skills and Other Requirements:Previous nanny experience essential.Experience caring for multiple children (twins an advantage).Driver essential (family car provided).Confident cook, able to prepare healthy family meals.Organised, proactive and able to take initiative.Warm, calm, kind and energetic.Happy working collaboratively with an involved parent.Fluent English.Teaching background would be an advantage but is not essential.M - JKSW6LI
