Live-In Neonatal / Pediatric Registered Nurse | Private Family | DubaiEmployment Type: Full-Time | Live-InIndustry: Private Healthcare / Home CareWe are hiring an experienced Neonatal / Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide dedicated clinical care for a medically complex newborn transitioning home following a prolonged NICU stay and major surgery.This is a clinical nursing role for a private family in the Dubai General caregivers, nannies, domestic helpers, or adult-care nurses will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide specialized neonatal nursing care in accordance with the hospital discharge plan and treating physicians' instructions.Monitor the baby's health, respiratory status, feeding tolerance, medications, and overall recovery.Perform colostomy and stoma care, wound care, and postoperative monitoring.Administer medications accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.Support feeding with aspiration precautions and monitor developmental milestones.Maintain strict infection-control standards.Coordinate with parents, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.Respond appropriately to neonatal emergencies within professional scope.Mandatory RequirementsRegistered Nurse (RN) qualification.Minimum 5 years of Neonatal or Pediatric Nursing experience.Minimum 2 years of recent hands-on NICU experience (Level III/IV preferred).Experience caring for postoperative or medically complex newborns.Proven experience with colostomy/stoma care, neonatal medication administration, feeding support, and aspiration precautions.Infant CPR & Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.DHA/DOH License or eligibility to obtain one.Strong English communication skills.Willing to live with the family in the DubaiNon-smoker and non-vaper.Verifiable hospital/NICU references.Preferred QualificationsNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).Experience working alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists, or developmental specialists.ImportantOnly candidates meeting all mandatory requirements will be shortlisted.To Apply:Please send your updated CV along with your nursing license status, certifications, and contactable clinical references to neha@aistalent.com.Subject Line: Live-In Neonatal / Pediatric Registered Nurse
