Role: Live Streaming Partner Ops CoordinatorLocation – Burbank, CA – RemoteVisa: USC & GC onlyMandatory Skills : live events, live streaming, media industry, video, audioWe are seeking a Partner Ops Coordinator to ensure seamless continuity and high-quality streaming across all live events. You will oversee accurate content delivery, monitor contribution feeds, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and partner teams to resolve technical issues. This role suits a proactive professional with television or sports media experience who is passionate about delivering excellence across every viewer touchpoint. Core duties also involve partnering with internal teams on event forecasting and engaging with external partners on regional onboarding and testing initiatives.Your Day-to-Day:Coordinate transmission and check-in for live events according to the broadcast schedule.Troubleshoot and monitor all contribution feeds (video and audio signals) to ensure trouble-free broadcasts, and perform root cause analyses for any service interruptions or anomalies on any streams.Monitor system tools and dashboards to maintain stream health throughout scheduled events.Maintain a working knowledge of the company's transmission networks and their capabilities.Execute transmission triage procedures and prepare backup scenarios in the event of a service loss to ensure continuity during a live event.Collaborate with Operations and QA to ensure the highest quality for all transmission and routing needs.Interact with the internal business team on new region expansion and testing efforts or any partners issues.Establish standard operating procedures for all transmission technology activities, including audio/video and communications check-in, QC processes for remotes, and outgoing transmission activity.Provide quality control and support to all departments needing feed assistance.Collaborate with partner TOC and Master Control on troubleshooting live events.Interact with key partners, including but not limited to CBS Sports production. Work with each to set up test events and to ensure live events are successful.Flexibility with your work schedule, especially in the evenings and weekends.What you bring to the team:Minimum 1+ years of experience in Media Ingest/Fulfillment, Master Control, Transmission, or Production Control Room environments.Strong foundational knowledge of broadcast operations, industry standards, and best practices.Solid understanding of OTT video distribution architecture and the MVPD linear ecosystem.Proven skill in evaluating and troubleshooting audio/video quality issues, with prompt escalation to key stakeholders.Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities in dynamic settings.Adept at prioritizing tasks under strict deadlines and performing effectively under pressure, both autonomously and with minimal supervision.Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting workflows and operational processes.Collaborative team player capable of managing multiple concurrent responsibilities to drive results.Flexible availability to cover shifts including nights and weekends to support 24/7 live operations.You might also have:Knowledge of leading streaming technologiesPartner relation.A passion for new technologies, sports, and entertainment.Basic knowledge of Airtable
