Livestream Operations Manager

Worthfind is a fast-growing consumer brand focused on creating high-quality, functional, and thoughtfully designed products for modern lifestyles. As we expand our presence in the Vietnam market, we are building a strong local e-commerce and social commerce operation, with TikTok LIVE as a key growth channel.We are looking for a Livestream Operation Manager to lead the setup, development, and growth of our TikTok LIVE business in Vietnam. This role will be responsible for building the LIVE operation from the ground up, developing high-performing livestream strategies, leading the local team, and driving sustainable sales and GMV growth.What You’ll DoBuild & Scale: Lead the launch and growth of Worthfind’s TikTok LIVE business in Vietnam, from cold start to a high-performing sales channel.Own the Strategy: Develop LIVE strategies, content plans, campaign calendars, and growth initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and GMV.Run the Show: Own the full LIVE operation — product selection, traffic, inventory, hosts, scripts, promotions, and real-time execution.Grow with Data: Track LIVE performance, identify what works and what doesn’t, and turn insights into actions that improve sales and performance.Build the Team: Recruit, coach, and lead the local LIVE team while creating efficient SOPs and a strong performance culture.Make It Happen: Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Content and Affiliate/KOL teams to create impactful campaigns and accelerate growth.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in e-commerce or livestream operations, with team leadership experience.Hands-on experience with TikTok LIVE / TikTok Shop is highly preferred.Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE traffic, content, conversion, and platform dynamics.Proven ability to independently plan and operate livestreams from strategy to execution.Data-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about achieving measurable results.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.Good understanding of Vietnam’s e-commerce and livestream landscape.Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.Experience in lifestyle, fashion, bags, beauty, FMCG, or other consumer categories is a plus.Why Join Us?🚀 You’ll have real ownership to build our TikTok LIVE business in Vietnam.📈 Make a Visible Impact: Your strategies and decisions will directly influence traffic, sales, and GMV.🔥 Move Fast & Experiment: We value ideas, initiative, and people who are willing to test, learn, and win.🌏 Work with a Growing International Team: Collaborate across markets and functions while helping shape Worthfind’s Vietnam growth story.If you are interested in this position, please send your CV to: quin@worthfind.cnWe are more than happy to receive your CV.
