Key ResponsibilitiesHost engaging livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok, introducing and demonstrating DMK products in an informative, natural and entertaining manner.Present product features, fit, styling, sizing, colours, promotions and other relevant information accurately to viewers.Actively engage with viewers throughout the livestream by responding to questions, comments and requests in real time.Encourage audience participation and purchase conversion through appropriate product recommendations, styling suggestions, calls-to-action and promotion of ongoing deals.Familiarise yourself with the products, promotions and key selling points before each livestream session.Work closely with the team before each livestream to understand the session's product focus, promotional mechanics and sales objectives.Assist with basic livestream preparation, including arranging products and ensuring the livestream area is ready before the session begins.Maintain a professional, energetic and approachable on-camera presence that is aligned with DMK's brand image.Perform other livestream-related duties reasonably required to support the smooth running and performance of livestream sessions.RequirementsComfortable speaking and presenting confidently on camera.Energetic, personable and able to communicate naturally with an online audience.Strong spoken English; ability to converse in Mandarin and/or other languages is an advantage.Comfortable with sales and recommending products to customers without sounding overly scripted or pushy.Able to think quickly and respond appropriately to live questions and unexpected situations.Reliable and punctual, with availability for scheduled livestream sessions, including selected evenings and weekends.Working Hours & Location- Weekdays approximately 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM- Occasional weekend shifts may be available- Schedule will be arranged in advance- DMK Headquarters: 32 Defu Lane 10, #03-22, Singapore 539213
