Team members contribute directly to shaping future AI talent and expanding accessible, high-quality AI education.Role Description The LLM Engineer Trainer is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing and delivering training focused on large language models (LLMs) and related AI technologies. Day-to-day tasks include preparing curricula and learning materials, creating hands-on projects and code examples, and conducting live or recorded training sessions. The role involves mentoring learners, reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback on code and prompt design, and guiding participants through best practices in model use, evaluation, and deployment. The LLM Engineer Trainer will collaborate with the content and product teams to update materials based on industry trends, refine teaching methods using learner feedback, and help ensure courses remain aligned with current tools, frameworks, and real-world applications. This position requires clear communication, structured teaching, and a focus on practical, outcome-based learning.Qualifications Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with practical experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT-based models, open-source LLMs).Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries or frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar ecosystems).Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning or adapting LLMs, and evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics and testing strategies.Ability to design clear, structured technical curricula, tutorials, and projects for learners with varied backgrounds in AI and software development.Demonstrated teaching, mentoring, or training experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), documentation, testing, and collaborative development workflows.Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical considerations in LLM development and deployment.Comfort working in a remote, part-time capacity, managing schedules across time zones, and using online collaboration and learning platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in industry or advanced projects.Experience in edtech,
