LMD team leader

Key responsibilities:lead and coordinate daily last-mile delivery operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and within the agreed service levels.Manage and monitor delivery drivers/riders and ensure proper allocation of routes, orders, and delivery areas.Track daily delivery performance, including on-time delivery, successful delivery rate, failed deliveries, returns, and customer complaints.Monitor drivers’ attendance, productivity, performance, and compliance with operational procedures.Ensure delivery routes are optimized to maximize efficiency and minimize delays, unnecessary mileage, and operational costs.Follow up on delayed, failed, or problematic deliveries and take immediate corrective action.Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow from dispatch to final delivery.
