ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative functions required for successful execution of course delivery such as enrolment, registrations and course creation within the Learning Management System.Manage Blackboard, Student Information System and SharePoint entries.Generate and distribute Attendance, Grade and other analytic reports as required for internal and client use.Maintain course calendar and instructor course enrolments.Student performance reporting in accordance with company and client processes.Support quality processes by maintaining document control of policies and processesMaintaining positive client relationships by appropriately and professionally representing Beacon Red in all interactionsEnglish / Arabic translation of letters and official documentsTranslation of course content as required.Support with procurement processesQualificationMinimum high school education; preferable bachelor degree in Computing, Networking or related discipline.Two years minimum (Preferably 5+) of administration work.Experience with learning management Systems / Database management and SharepointProficiency in Microsoft Office suitDemonstrated proficiency at working in a small team with demanding deadlinesHigh level of attention to detailOrganized with ability to multitask constantly with easeCandidate Privacy & Equal Opportunity Statement Any information you share as part of your EDGE candidate profile or job application will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.EDGE is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.
