The organization is committed to building a community where financial opportunity and informed decision-making are accessible to all.Role Description The Loan Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for guiding clients through loan options, assessing eligibility, and recommending suitable lending solutions aligned with their financial goals. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial information and credit reports, supporting underwriting assessments, and explaining loan terms, risks, and repayment obligations in a clear and empathetic manner. The Loan Advisor will collaborate with internal credit specialists, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. The role also involves providing high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to financial education initiatives that support long-term financial well-being.Qualifications Strong knowledge of loans and lending products, including consumer, mortgage, and business financing.Customer service skills with a client-centered approach, including the ability to build trust and manage expectations.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.Foundational understanding of finance, credit reports, and debt management principles.Basic underwriting skills, including reviewing financial documents and assessing creditworthiness.Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or credit advisory is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple cases, and maintain attention to detail.Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and ethical lending practices is beneficial.
