Open for the Position: LOAN RECOVERY OFFICERWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Loan Recovery Officer to join our team.🔹 Position: Loan Recovery Officer🔹 Employment Type: Full-time🔹 Location: #48, National Road 4, Phnom Penh📌 Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and collect overdue loan payments from customers.
• Contact customers by phone and/or conduct field visits when required.
• Discuss and arrange appropriate repayment solutions with customers.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on promised payments.
• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare regular reports.
• Handle customers professionally and follow company collection policies.📌 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience in loan recovery, collection, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong responsibility, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in the field and travel when required.
