This person runs day-to-day operations for two beverage-led outlets and leads the teams on the floor. The focus is an elevated guest experience, creative beverage programs and strong outlet performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the lobby bar and lounge outlets, making sure service standards are metDevelop and run beverage programs, including cocktail menus, signature drinks and seasonal offeringsKeep offerings fresh by following industry trends, new products and techniquesSupport beverage events and activations that add to the guest experienceKeep food and beverage quality consistent through recipe standards, quality control and hands-on leadershipLead, coach and develop outlet teams through briefings, training and performance reviewsDrive revenue through pricing, menu engineering, upselling and cost controlManage beverage inventory, ordering and stock levels to reduce waste and protect marginsEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol serviceRequirements2 to 3+ years of management experience in an ultra-luxury hotel or resort, or a high-end bar or loungeStrong food and beverage background, with deep knowledge of cocktail development and beverage programmingSolid understanding of outlet financials, inventory control and revenue generationProficient in Microsoft OfficeConfident communicator and hands-on leaderThrives in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidaysAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work at high altitude in all weatherBenefitsCompetitive pay and a full benefits package, including:Medical and dental coverage, plus a 401(k) matchGenerous paid time offSubsidized colleague housingSeasonal ski or fitness passTransportation and meals on shiftTravel discounts
