Local Content Senior Manager (Saudi-National)

About the Role :Pearls Consulting is hiring for a Local Content Senior Manager for one of its KSA clients in the West region (PIF-owned company).This role will be responsible for:Deployment of the Local Content Strategy: Oversee the execution and ensure the alignment of the Local Content strategy with the company’s objectives, contributing to the achievement of annual Local Content targets and strategic goals.Relationship Management: Manage internal and external ecosystem stakeholders, including PIF, LCGPA, Rawabet, Al Madinah Regional Municipality, and the Al Madinah Region Development Authority and maintain strategic relationships to ensure transparency and alignment with Local Content performance.Operational Involvement: Ensure the effective embedment of Local Content mechanisms in procurement, monitor vendors’ adherence to Local Content obligations during contract execution and oversee Local Content reporting to both governmental authorities (PIF, LCGPA..) and internal stakeholdersCompliance and Control: Ensure the Local Content Operating Model, including policies and procedures, is implemented and adhered to across all functions, while continuously monitoring regulations and coordinating with internal departments for alignment.Analysis and Monitoring: Analyze Local Content scores and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in performance and compliance.The ideal candidate will have:Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, Finance, or a related field (Preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, Finance, or a related field10+ years of experience in relevant rolesA hands-on approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsChange Management and Stakeholder Management experienceStrong knowledge of Local Content regulations, policies and best practicesCompensation: The final employment contract will be directly with the PIF company offering competitive compensation for this roleNationality: SaudiLanguages: Both English and Arabic are mandatoryStart date: as soon as possibleContact: hr@pearls.consulting
