Job Title: Local Purchaser Location: Riyadh & Jeddah Nationality: Saudi Only Position Overview: The Local Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for the successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, market analysis, and procurement documentation, particularly within the EPC or construction industry.Key Responsibilities:Source and purchase materials, tools, and equipment according to project requirements.Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and process POs.Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.Conduct market research and identify cost-saving opportunities.Coordinate with engineering, site, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate logistics when required.Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
