This includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies and standards. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to understand demand, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support uninterrupted operations. The Local Purchaser maintains accurate procurement records, supports vendor performance evaluation, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.Qualifications Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order management.Ability to analyze market trends, compare quotations, and optimize purchasing decisions based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.Proficiency in using procurement or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to track orders and maintain accurate records.Knowledge of industrial, medical, or specialty gases and related safety and quality standards is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple purchasing requests effectively.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors in the region.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adhere to company safety, quality, and ethical standards.
