Local Store Marketing Executive

Position OverviewThe Local Store Marketing (LSM) Executive will drive dine-in and takeaway growth across KSA markets through hands-on, field-focused marketing initiatives. This role emphasizes local store marketing, strategic partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency at the store level.This is an individual contributor role that works closely with Area Managers and the Operations team to execute marketing strategies at the store level. The role includes budget responsibility for LSM initiatives.The ideal candidate will have an operational background with marketing exposure and a strong understanding of store-level dynamics.Core Functional Activities

• Local Store Marketing (LSM):-Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to individual store needs-Implement creative initiatives to boost dine-in and takeaway sales-Manage LSM budget effectively to maximize return on investment
• Partnership Development:-Identify and build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility-Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize ROI
• Brand Consistency:-Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent customer experience across stores-Oversee timely and cost-effective implementation of in-store marketing materials
• Field Execution:- Spend significant time in the field to understand store-level challenges and opportunities- Collaborate with Area Managers and Operations teams to implement marketing strategies effectively
• New Store Openings:- Support marketing initiatives for new store launches to drive awareness and initial performanceKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)KPIs include but are not limited to:- Dine-in and takeaway sales growth- In-store marketing material timely and cost-effective implementation- Number of partnerships developed- Store visit frequency and coverage- New store opening performanceKey Qualifications
• Experience:-3–5 years in marketing or operations within the F&B or retail sector-Exposure to local store marketing and partnership development
• Skills:-Strong understanding of store-level operations and customer behavior-Excellent communication and negotiation skills-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Technical Skills:-Data analytics proficiency-Advanced Excel skills-Power BI experience-Airtable proficiency (nice to have)-Openness to working with advanced AI tools and workflow automation-KEY RELATIONSHIPS
