JOB PURPOSE:• To plan, schedule, supervise and monitor fuel delivery transportation operation to all OOMCO’s customers’ country wide and ensure compliance to OOMCO’s HSEQ and logistics’ process and procedure to enable the business units to achieve their targets.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Operation• Receive the fuel order from the customers daily to place the fuel order with the suppliers and send the orders to the transporters for the delivery.• Supervise, plan, and monitor the logistic daily operation through the approved process and workflow and the alignment with all stakeholders to be able to deliver high efficient service to the customers.• Ensure all logistic financial transactions related to customers and carriers billing are audited and in compliance with the company’s policy and contractual obligations to avoid lost revenue or cost increasing.• Monitor set budgets/plan and control OPEX expenditure related to the logistic operation and identify possible savings within planned targets to achieve high level of cost optimization.• Continuously review, improve and align the logistic operation process to achieve best practice in the industry to be able to maintain the logistics cost within the minimum range.• Supervise the transporters performance and their daily job and ensure timely execution of the plan.• Conduct Quarter Meetings with all transporters in your area , define actions, points of improvements, set deadlines.• Arrange meeting with business units to ensure the agree level of service is delivered.• Report and supervise the performance of the transporters according to the agreed criteria and enhance their performance according to the set rules and standards.• Review & process the monthly / weekly transporter invoices and send it to the payment to avoid any payment delay.• Manage the relation with all transporters & ARAMCO to have the best service from them and support whenever required.• ARAMCO quota planning and contracting, ensure all contracts are renewed prior to expiry dates. Ensure that all stations are registered in the Aramco system.HSEQ• To Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, environment and quality management procedures and controls to ensure legislative compliance, employees safety as well as delivering high-quality services.• Attend all emergency cases/situations and initiate/report investigation outcomes, ensuring clear recent updates communicated to the management and other related stakeholders • Meet the HSEQ KPIs of the department reporting score and deadline & Monitor and maintain HSEQ plan for the year- TimelyJOB CONTEXT:• Fleet management and availability are very crucial to fulfil the company’s customers’ demands and ensure quality delivery.• The logistical operation might go through different crisis such us shortage of fuel, extreme weather condition etc. • The products distributed across nation is flammable and has high tendency for explosion which require high compliance to HSEQ• Consist high level of risks which requires crisis/emergency management response and control. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification• Bachelor’s degree in operation management/supply chain or equivalent Minimum Experience• Minimum of 3 years in relevant field experience Skills• Good understanding of the country’s logistic infrastructure and country geographical overview• Computer skills,• Oracle skills• Analytical skills
