- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure execution according to approved procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, drivers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor service quality and response times.
- Address operational feedback and submit necessary recommendations.
- Prepare periodic operational reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Arabic and English.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
