Job Vacancy – Logistics Specialist in FactoryLocation: Ajman, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities* Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.* Handle import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance.* Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records across warehouses.* Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and uninterrupted supply.* Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and government authorities.* Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.* Analyze logistics performance, prepare reports, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).* Identify opportunities to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution costs while maintaining service quality.* Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE/GCC logistics and trade regulations.* Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate operational data and streamline logistics processes.* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.Qualifications & Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.* Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping operations within the UAE and GCC.* Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and logistics partners.* Fluency in English is required.
