In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a key operational partner to our customers, helping ensure their freight arrives at the right place at the right time.At NT Logistics, account management is about more than managing shipments—it’s about strengthening partnerships, identifying opportunities, and growing alongside our customers.If you’re ready to take ownership, solve meaningful challenges, and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing communication, service expectations, and shipment needs.Coordinate the full lifecycle of less-than-truckload (LTL) and truckload (TL) shipments, including booking, scheduling, carrier capacity, tracking, and final delivery.Identify service risks early and lead internal and external issue resolution to protect customer commitments.Balance multiple customer and carrier priorities with accuracy, responsiveness, and urgency.Maintain accurate and timely information across spreadsheets, customer portals, and transportation management systems (TMS).Monitor transportation costs, service levels, and carrier performance, recommending opportunities to improve customers’ supply chains.Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to communicate challenges, assess impacts, and develop alternative solutions.Perform additional responsibilities based on new or evolving customer needs.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or an equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.1-3 years of experience preferred but not required.Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and transportation in a highly regulated industry.A relationship-driven, customer-focused approach.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with data analysis and Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
